I don't puck around
I started playing when I was 36 years old, and I've been playing in beer leagues ever since. I'm still hoping that the NHL hasn't lost my number!
I've really enjoyed playing ice hockey. It's a great way to stay active and meet new people. I've also learned a lot about teamwork and communication. It takes a team to win a championship, even in a beer league, and it takes a team to build a winning store.
Unidentified flying phenomena
To share a little bit about how I spend my time when I'm not working. On one of my adventures I discovered hang gliding. It was a great way to relax and clear my head. It's also a great way to get a birds eye view of the world around me.
I've found being adventurous is a great way to generate new ideas. When I was up in the air, I was able to think more clearly and solve a coding issue I was having. If you're ever looking for a way to relax, clear your head, and generate new ideas, I highly recommend hang gliding.
